Who is processing your data?

Jo Scott Art is collecting and processing your data. I collect personal data from you when you register to join my mailing list to receive newsletters or other information you have chosen to receive from me. This information is protected by UK data protection law

What data is involved?

I ask you to provide me with details such as name, postcode, phone number and email address along with a choice of information you would like me to contact you about. Some fields are optional but certain fields are mandatory.

What is the purpose of processing the data?

The data I collect from you is important to understand my customer requirements.  e.g. what you are interested in and want to hear more from me about. It also helps me to understand my customer base and allows me to send you information regarding my website or Jo Scott Art policy changes, such as modifications to my Terms & Conditions.

I will use your data for the purposes of a commercial transaction, e.g. if you make an online, in person, or telephone transaction with Jo Scott Art for a commission, painting, or gift item.

I do not share your personal information with third parties or send you Jo Scott Art communication without your prior consent — you must give me your consent to do so by ticking the relevant check box when you subscribe to my mailing list.

What are the outcomes of data processing?

You receive only information that you have expressly agreed to receive when subscribing to my mailing list.

How can I change, unsubscribe or delete my information?

You can opt-out from my communications by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any electronic communication you receive from me.
